Local Floral Honey aged in a bourbon barrel for 3 months. This process creates a unique single-barrel flavor profile for the honey. The barrel was used to create a 4-year Kentucky bourbon, then, was used to make Starlight Blackberry Wine. The flavors that have soaked into the barrel are then infused into the honey. The enhanced craft honey is a one-of-a-kind product providing flavors of floral honey, oak, bourbon, and blackberry. There are only 700 bottles.
